Hi, I am Joan Rose
Welcome to XP & Oxygen.
This space is a reflection of the many worlds I live in: one where I work remotely as a project manager and digital marketer, another where I dive deep into the ocean as a freediver and mermaid, and yet another where I quietly level up in gaming sessions or academic milestones.
🎓 I finished my college degree through ETEEAP, a program that gave value to years of professional experience I already had. Now, I’m pursuing my MBA, proving that growth doesn’t have to follow a straight line—and it’s never too late to keep learning.
🌊 When I’m not working or studying, I’m underwater—literally. Freediving and mermaiding have become my form of meditation, adventure, and therapy. It’s where I exhale stress and inhale presence.
🎮 I’m also a lifelong gamer. I’ve always found comfort in cozy games, strategy quests, and open-world adventures. For me, gaming is both a form of rest and a reminder that life is meant to be explored at your own pace.
🧘♀️ As an introvert, I value the quiet moments—the soft wins, the inner quests, the deep breaths. You’ll see a lot of that here, too.
